yea, ild say do some hardcore physio for about 4/6 weeks or so, then start the cycle. when your on the cycle, you should be doing 30 min or so of cardio when you hit the gym, so thatl help get your bf down too. run a few times a week too-push yourself. ild go on the net and map a run out so you know how far your running. yeah-adex throughout the cycle, it keeps oestrogen and bloat down.
