Any input wanted..please rip it apart if u want Im here to learn n open to new suggestions n meals.
Im a bartender so some nights i have to have 2 protein shakes workin. Any others or bartenders got suggestions while workin in a busy club.
breakfast
1egg 7 egg whites
2 amer cheese
2 packs instant oatmeal
half a grapefruit
2 scooops anabolic muscle in 1 cupmilk
1tblspn olive oil
up to 12 egg whites, cut the cheese, go with 5 minute oatmeal 1c measured uncooked, cut the grapefruit olive oil and shake
snack
1 cup 1% Cott Cheese
1 blueberry yogurt
cut the yogurt and add 1oz or so of nuts
lunch
1 can tuna
1 cup rice
2 cans of tuna, is the rice brown rice?
snack
grapes
2 scps Anabolic Muscle 1 cup Milk 2%
i would prefer whole food here, how bout some chicken and sweet potatos/red potatos
