Hey guys, I am going to start cutting in about a month or so and I really need some help. I'm 175 at about 15% bf. I want to be at about 8-10% bf how much weight would I need to cut to be around that? I would prefer to not be under 160 lbs
Meal 1:
4-5 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
Protein shake/1/2cup tuna (2 tbsp flax
Meal 3:
Veggies, fat-free ground turkey
Workout
Meal 4:
PWO protein shake with flax
Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.
Meal 6:
Shake with Flax
