    Hey there new to the site
    I have been reading over the forms for weeks now and I can see that
    Everyone has there own idea of what works for them from years of trial and error
    I am 25 215lbs I am currently sitting at around 18%bf
    I have been training for 2 years now and I can’t say my diet is that great
    lately.

    I know that I am months away from starting a cycle of anything
    I do know that when I am ready that I will use test e
    From your experience what is the best diet for test and what should I use for
    Pct considering that I will only be cycling test e at 500mg week broken up into 2
    250 mg shots

    Is there anything else that I should be taking with this??
    I noticed that a few people on here at taking deca at the same time

    Like I said I am a way a ways from starting a cycle
    I have to clean up my diet and get moving on my cardio
    I am just looking for the right direction to head in

    Staples of your diet should include food such as chicken, steak, eggs, ground beef, fish, oats, pastas, rice, sweet and white potatoes, oats, breads, healthy fats (nuts, *****'s, fish oils, NPB etc) and so on.

    There's plenty of ways to set your diet up. Sounds like you want to drop the bf before jumping in, which I think is a great idea. Keep the cardio going and use these foods to your advantage. Personally, I would drop cals slightly below maintenance, up to your cycle which will aid in fat loss. Just keep the protein and the intensity in the gym up and watch the carbs. When your geared up for your cycle, increase above maintenance cals, increasing good carb sources. I prefer around a 40/40/20 ratio. Thats what works best for me.

    my goals are to hopeful be about 225 and have around 7 - 10% bf

    im just wondering what people have found works best for them well they are on a test cycle

    but get your body fat down before you cycle you will enjoy it more...

    everyone is different and has different nutritional needs but what works for everyone is clean foods, meal timing, and overall caloric intake. I really respect your decision of waiting and getting your diet in order before jumping into a cycle. you will be much better off as a result.

    I know that i cannot expect to wake up one day and be huge it takes hard work education and lots of planning I just want to be in the right direction and at the right stage before I cycle so I can get the best results possibal for my body type
