    can letro remove gyno completly thats been there for awhile? or is surgery required?

    If your gyno has been there for some time, letro will do you no good. If anything, it will shrink it minimally but it will likely bounce back after you discontinue use. I suggest you go for the surgery if the lump is painful, embarrasing...etc. I had mine removed and extremely happy with the results.
