You should go to the diet section. Post what you eat every day and they will help you. No one is just guna give you a diet. Read up and you can find good info there and you will learn alot.

do u think runnig a bottle of 100mg tren acet 10ml doing 1cc 3 times a week would get me nice and what would the sides be like and would i even get any from runnig such a small dosage.

Tren is one of the harshest steroids out there for side effects, and it will TURN OFF your natural testosterone production which could leave you lethargic, no sex drive, no erections......

using steroids with bodyfat over 15% is a higher risk as well, so you are not quite ready
Clen maybe if your diet and cardio is in check , but they are NOT magic, and do NOT just burn fat. YOU have to put in the effort

hey tmos i have a another question for u i did look up on t3 and im not saying this cuz i wana take this compound im taking ur original advice im not taking any compound im doing it on diet and cardio i have been doing it for 2 months and have seen results. im just curious if t3 would be of any benefeit to me.or is that for the experienced aas users.
im just trying to learn a little more on fat burners for the future when im ready to take one i did look up and read a whole thred tho about t3 but i just wanted ur opinion.

You would be very suprised what a clean diet and 45 min a day on a treadmill at a fast walk would do. I was at 22% bf at one time and very tempted to us compounds before I was ready. I got serious about my diet and training w/ 45 min of cardio in the am. In a very short period of time I was down to 10% bf. Its really worth the time. Diet & cardio first, then build on that.
