hey all...try not to make fun or anything...just need some constructive critisism....now when i ahve sex i cant seem to last too long...wehn i try i cant exceed 2 minutes...now im not inexperienced where ive done it a few hundred times which aint a crazy amount but enough to cancel out the ill get used to it answer...ive tried everything...thinking of something else all the way to jerking off an hour before hand...anyone have anything to help me?

Wear a condom to reduce sensitivity. Also, have a few drinks (or a whole bottle of jack). That should make you last at least 4 minutes longer.

That is 100% true. While I usually don't have a problem lasting at least 5 or 10 minutes, I still wanted more control over the whole thing. I researched it and spoke to my doctor, and he prescribed me 5mg Zoloft ED. After about 2-3 weeks of taking it, I was able to last up to 30 mins or more if I chose to, but was able to come sooner if I wanted. True story.
I don't take it anymore cause I've had a gf for over a year now, and like someone else mentioned, i'm so used to it, i can control it myself. And its true, sometimes 2 mins is too long lol

When you take a piss stop peeing numberous times the muscle you use to stop peeing is the one that will make you last longer during sex if you build it up. From what I understand you have to flex it as well while you bang to get the full effect.

I read a while back that one reason for pre-mature ejaculation stems from how you masterbated growing up. That a lot of kids would run up to their room and try to crank one out as quick as they could before their parents came up stairs or their sister or brother barged into their room. Or their college roomate got back form class. In a way, years of repetition conditioned them to cum faster.
One way to correct it would be to masterbate to the point near ejaculation, and then stop right before. Wait a minute, then keep going until your about to pop again, then stop.
