Gotcha, just wasn't a lot of info on how this was to be used in the original post......which kinda makes it hard to use at all. Doesn't say how to tie it into a complete workout, if it actually is a complete workout, or how to use as part of a weekly routine or what kind of specific results this is supposed to give you.
Sorry, not trying to flame, but just posting up 3 exercises together with no other info....meh.
