I just got a random phone call, and was called shallow

It was kind of weird.

Not a complete random, call, but timing....a little random.

An ex of about 6 months ago, who I have not talked to in about 3 months calls me out of the blue to tell me I'm shallow and think I'm better than everyone.

I'm going to go eat a tray of brownies to solve my depression now

Defiantly not getting to me. Just random.

I wear gym cloths and sweats all day pretty much, unless I'm working. I just care about my fitness and keep myself clean. If I go out, of course I'm going to dress different but not "metro" or anything. Jeans and a affliction T is about as fancy as I get. A button down if I'm going out to eat.

I think I might be a little arrogant, but I can't accept that. It's not like I'm out comparing myself to anyone. But I set goals, and then I plan on archiving them.

Could be part of therapy. I am not sure, knowing her, she'll call and apologize tomorrow.

She use to get pretty bad on the first 5 days of her period, so that could be it. I guess it could be triggered by anything, probably something I don't know about.

I'm not really an ass hole, I'm nice to everyone I meet. Just don't go out of my way to make friends with them.

I just live a different life style. Most the guys that post here probably do.

And I don't really love myself, I'm proud of a lot of things I've done, ashamed of some others. I'll never be satisfied with myself, I'll always push for more, or to be better. At the same time, I'll not be beating myself up or thinking low of myself because I try to continually improve on what "I" think I need to improve on.

who isnt like that though? i think some people are better at hiding it than others. i also think that when she said 'you think you are better than everyone' that its implicit she thinks shes better than you because you think you are better than everyone.
