In These Hard Times, Money Makers

Hey Guys & Girls ............ As you are aware of a recession right now and i thought it would be a good time to add money makers on here, ways to make easy money, if you have any please share...

The one i use is online POKER....... when you sign up they double your money for joining (some companies more) and play your way to a small fortune, i won around £200 - $250 for 30mins work and withdrew most of it straight away.

Be aware though, u need to have knowledge of how to play poker.

    keep them coming!

Most of this recession comes from people getting in debt with their homes and it is now effecting their spending slowing down the economy.

I own 2 apartment complexes, and am actually GIVING (no really, walking away) and have them over half paid off, my last payment for them is June of 2014 (5 years away).

There is no money in complexes right now, just head aches. Deal with complexes, you deal with low income people, that don't play bills and are dirty.

The money is still in real esate, just in single family homes. Homes are being forclosed, they can be had CHEAP. You can rent them out to good families right now, as a lot of families are looking as they had lost a home.

When the economy and real estate market comes around, it will be easy to cash in on these homes.

Some times you just have to be willing to start over to get ahead.

Not loosing, just walking away. I can list them for sale, but then I'm stuck managing them until they do...and it would take well over a year.

I decided to do it when I thought about it. I don't want to have a low income complex, I don't care if it is paid off, would not take it for free.

Trading, the market is volatile it’s so easy to make fast cash! You just need to do some research and watch trends.

I bought the complexes on a land contract from a business relation I've built.

I'm not looking to manage these properties or any low income properties anymore. I have to rent them to single people, who move every 8 months, the turn over rate is too high with low income and I'm in court every week. I'm seeking judgments, garnishing pay (20 bucks a week) and it's too much work to get too little money.

I have not yet, as the holder of the title is in Vegas. But I'm just telling her, I'm done with them. She is coming out ahead, I've paid them down a lot, put a lot of money into them. But no matter what I do to them.....they are going to be low income.

I make good money off my company, and properties are simply my retirement. I'll have far less head ache and work dealing with 2 moderate income families than dealing with 4 low income tenants.

I own a construction company, I'll buy a house a year, fix it up, rent it out. I can buy a beat up house for 30k. I can work for a summer and pay cash for it. fix it up, and collect $800 a month for it.

Oh I'd sell them, but after carrying cost for a year, broker fee's, closing fee's contract fee's, all that....I'd run the risk of loosing more than I'd make.
