Not necessarily. You can certainly BULK on TREN.. so in essence you made a false statement. What you shiould have said TREN isnt the best bulking compound out there but it does have the ability to do so.

oh and to the thread starter... try increasing your protein intake i feel that 250 mgs of protein everyday isnt enough... and the fact you do an hour a day of cardio might be burning a lot of the possible muscle tissue you could be gaining.... just a thought...
try taking in 325-350 mgs ED of protein for a couple weeks and see how that treats ya !!!
