I'm almost done with bulking, and I finally have some calves. 17.5" to be exact. Hard to take photos of your own calves, so use some imagination. Even have a little vascularity in them. What a bitch to train them, stubborn little bastards.

Looking good!!! I wish I could get mine to grow. I've tried everything. Heavy weights, light weights, high reps, low reps. What's your plan?
nice... calves are good for me too... sometime's it's ok to be thick
My plan is pretty basic. Standing calf machine, leg press machine, and seated calf machine. Heavy weight, moderate to low reps. Sometimes I throw in some high rep sets, but the heavy weights seem to work better for me.
