Well, I'm gonna start working on something soon. I have some basic training plans but they are suited to my needs and are basically for keeping written records. My personal plans are based on a three times a week training routine with 3 sets per exercise. What I've been thinking though is developing a planning system similar to the Cycle Planner with up to 7 (is that enough - I could add more) training sessions each week. You'll be able to enter the date when you start a session and the number of days until the session is repeated - the spreadsheet will work out the session dates. You'll be able to 'predict' improvements (or enter targets) and enter actual improvements and compare (and graph) your progress. How does that sound?
