When you aspirate, and make sure you ALWAYS do, if you see tiny air bubbles in the syringe your good to go. If in fact you aspirate some blood, pull the syringe out, expell the blood, change needles, find a new site and rejab. Make sure your always using proper sterile injecting procedures.
