hello all!
currently on a test e/deca cycle (500-600 mg test, 400 mg deca split in half weekly)
2 weeks in, and i'm sleeping about 9-10 hours a night. i feel fantastic, but is this too much?
i'm still getting in all the macros (the incredible nark gave me a diet to follow) and food and training properly, no alcohol consumption whatsoever. my six meals have been cut to about 4-5 since i'm awake less, nevertheless i am eating what and exactly like nark instructed me to.
i consume about 30g of casein prior to bedtime.
am i sleeping too much, or is it ok?...
