    taken at the gym today.. you know that feeling?? when your almost happy.. then someone says... your shoulders are weak...

    then follows a harder diet and more cash on supplements!

    i actually thought it was the same dude and i wanted to see some of his post as that man has a great physique so obviously he must have some good knowledge, especially in the fine art of cutting.....
