lucky bastards. i had to work for my 10%. now i'm about 12 bulking bf my next diet which i would like to hit 7
I'm at 7%, and I used to be at 6.5 for a while, but I've been slacking and haven't done hardly any cardio stuff. Wouldn't consider myself lucky though, it's basically impossible for me to gain any decent weight, you bigger guys can build up quick.
hovering around 10-12% the last 4 years with a modest cardio schedule and strict lifting/proper diet. however, i do remember the good old days when i rowed in high school and was around 6%...funny to see a 6'3 lanky kid at 175 in my old pictures and then look at me at 210 now.
I got down to 8 1/2 last summer, with fat burners and cardio, i am hoping to hit 7% this summer
i'm at 3% on skinfolds so it's prob more like 6 i guess and that's on my bulking cycle too!!woohoo.for some reason , genetics really, i gain no fat no matter what i eat.i continue to gaiun size but never fat.it's weird, but my dad is the same way.gonna winny it up soon for more tightness and really blow them away at the clubs

I think we should throw in a rule on this board. You cannot give your BF% unless you get it down and if it is by the BS calipers you have to let us know. I don't think many people know how hard it is to get real low and to guess is dumb..

I guess the Calipers are best but I am simply saying you really can't tell by just looking. Water obv. is best..
Electro static is good but for it to accurate you have to drink alot of water before hand, and then there is still a possible 2% error.
I am going to get it done professionally in march before I start my sick summer routine.

7%, I think alot of people think there lower than they truely are. Underwater testing is the most precise way to measure bf from what I've heard.
6% was my best.
At my school they got me at 6.8% w/calipers about a month ago. Im guessing that i was actually closer to 14%.
i got down to close to 7 percent, this was after i came out from boot camp, kept on running 3-4 miles every morning, low carb diet, eca, no roids at that time. I wasnt happy with it, because I had no bulk or size. Lost 2 much got damn weight (14 inch biceps) , now that iam on roids iam hoping to get to 7% with some god damn size this time.

but since i started training 8 months ago i've gone from 105lbs to 156 lbs
should hopefully hit my goal of 175 pounds within the next six months.

My 8th grade gym teacher was around seven %, he trained so hard i was surprised that he didn't compete.
