take it with water and just add more calories to your diet imo
For me always with water, gets working quicker....
Do you drink soy milk or Regular milk.
i prefer Soy Milk Because Lactose tends to Bloat me up

I use regular skim milk. So the general consensus is to use water instead?
I used to use chocolate milk. tastes great and has a good 3:1 carb to protein ratio.
Milk also elicits a higher insulin response than it's gi would indicate
So milk is fine to use? It won't slow the digestion of the whey too much?
