    Post workout shake with or without milk?

    When bulking is it best to take your post workout shake with milk for the extra calories and protein or does it slow digestion way too much for post workout purposes?

    take it with water and just add more calories to your diet imo

    Do you drink soy milk or Regular milk.

    i prefer Soy Milk Because Lactose tends to Bloat me up

    Why would gear make your brain swell?

    I use regular skim milk. So the general consensus is to use water instead?

    gear does not make your brain swell.

    Makes no difference,if you prefer skim milk.No problem.

    What is important is good PWO nutrition... protein,carbs and amino acids.

    I used to use chocolate milk. tastes great and has a good 3:1 carb to protein ratio.

    Milk also elicits a higher insulin response than it's gi would indicate

    So milk is fine to use? It won't slow the digestion of the whey too much?
