I dont think a doctor would just write out a prescription for Tamox and Clomi especially when Tamox is primarliy used to prevent breast cancer and Clomi is a fertility drug for women. So yeah i dont think a primary physician would know anything about running them as a pct

You are forgetting about the medical professions off label use for SERMS.
IE: thousands of clinical studies done on tamox and gyno, thousands of clinical studies done using clomid to test HPTA function.
These two SERMS are still used today in the med profession for these specific off label uses.
