Hey guys, some of you may remember my diet thread from last year, well anyway just wanted to throw up a post, I've been lurking the boards and started posting again recently. I'll post pics when I can -very busy- my diet will run 16 weeks from today. Currently I'm 6'2" and weigh 251lbs @ most recent caliper of 13.9% BF(using the 7 point method) however the person who clipped my back isnt experienced...I'll be using an over the counter fat burner for energy mainly during calorie restriction but whatever fat burning benefit it can give me will obviously be appreciated lol. I'll update when I've decided which one. Also morning cardio will commence in about a month, currently I'm doing 4 25minute sessions a week 1 after each workout. That will change to 4 30minute am sessions and 4 20minute PWO sessions, and be adjusted according to my progress.
