    at your height you could get to 200lbs naturally, your diet is the most likely problem, also, 12months in the gym is not near enough to make you ready

    post everything you eat today or tomorrow as well as amounts so we can get started on your diet

    that^^^ plus another year or two in the gym and you'll see results

    think 200 is a little optimistic, perhaps for those with a good frame, genetics, and big bones. I've trained hard for 5 years and ate like a bull (clean) and I believe i've hit my genetix max at 180lbs. although i do agree he could achieve alot more naturally before steroids.

    i don't think it is, i'm 195 at 10-12% right now at 5'8
