    Just starting out

Hey, I am 21, and a pitcher for a D1 baseball team in South Carolina. Upon graduation in 2006 from high school I was about 245lbs at my peak. I was fat, had no energy, and overall just a disgrace. Today I am about 207-210 and would like to get to 190-195 of good weight.

I lost my weight from correcting my diet, lifting 4 days a week and running everyday. I just seem to have hit a wall and cant really keep off any lbs I drop. I have tried cutting calories to 1800-2000 and just feel tired and not anble to pitch to my full potential.

I am 100% natural for two reasons. First, I am 21 years old and I dont feel my body needs anything to achieve the gains I need. I should be producing enough hormones naturally right now. Second, the NCAA tests us like CRAZY and its not worth losing my scholarship.

I am looking just to tweak my daily rouine and maybe add some things here and there that I have never tried. Basically just looking to learn. I figured by joining an AAS Forum, I would be with people who know their stuff.

    Thanks in adance.

    welcome.

wise decision to stay natty for now.

I suggest you head over to the diet forum. 2000cals ain't gonna cut it, especially if you're an athlete.

    ^agree'd..

2000 cals is very little protein, well pretty much very little everything.. our body styles are very similar. for your weight, you can take in up around 2800 cals a day, and not gain a pound from it...guessing that your about 6'0 tall.

I'd say hit up the diet section and get down a meal plan. Best thing that helped me was reading all the stickies.

Also post an example of your daily meals in the diet section, A lot of guys will help you tweak it to get what you need!

    Hope that helps!

Def a diet problem. It's just as much about what you eat as it is how much you eat

good work bro - I'd say you are at 11-12% BF - perfect place to be if you want to add some muscle mass for strength & endurance.

    Go for it dude!

Welcome. Judging by the pictures you're probably about 16%bf. Perfect your diet (that doesn't mean starve yourself) and throw a proper mix of cardio and heavy lifting and you'll get your weight down in no time. Remember you don't want to loose weight too fast or you'll loose muscle with it.
