If you are referring to my inquiries, I cant see where you addressed them at all. All you said was sugar isnt sugar, there are various types.
I fail to see where you addressed their ability to promote glyconesis post workout and the rate at which they do so, as someone had posted that sugar wont restore muscle glycogen, which infact is absolutely untrue.
