advise on hgh

hi guys just wanted some advise on my cycle

i have started taking hgh, 4iu a day. the bottle contains 8 iu was just wondering how much water i use to mix the solution.

4iu's realy isnt that much in the grand scheme of things.. and yes i would do 4iu's all in one shot. no reason not to.. your just wasting pins if you split it up into 2 shots per day.

Except that two shots of 2iu in the am and pm will give him two spikes, which will ultimately be better. I would go 2x/ed

its not enuff to make a difference.. YOUR JUST WASTING PINS AND PLAYING GAMES WITH YOUR MIND IF YOU DO IT 2X ED. if you were doing 10+ ius ED i would suggest it. 4iu's isnt s**t. and i would do it midday in between your 4th and 5th meal. not am pm shots.

iam taking it all in one shot in the morning as soon as i wake up. also just a bit more advise, when i put the pin into the powder, due to the pressure difference the water comes straight out i try my best to drip it along the side. is there anything i can do to stop this as i heard if the water hits the poweder quickly it destroys the growth.

its from the vacuum seal on the vials, which is a good thing. but yes it can be a pain in the ass. you can release the pressure by taking the plunger out off your syringe and pushing the syringe into the vial... this allows the pressure out.
