Jumping ship mid stream...due to libido issue. Advice needed.

I've been taking 250 mg of sust & 150 mg of deca, 2x per week. (plus 30 mg dbol)

So....500 mg sust & 300 mg deca per week.

After say about 3 weeks I started to notice a definite decrease in my libido. As of today, I have finished week 4, so I have 4 weeks to go.

I'm kind of at a crossroads at this point. Do I trudge on? Do I abandon ship with the deca and go to sust only? If I do that, how long before I straighten out? I have clomid....but won't take until completion. I understand the deca will just begin to work about now...but it seems as though it's negative effects started a week to 10 days ago.

My "advisor" said "the sustanon should counteract any decreases caused by deca....but each person is different....etc" Anyone here start getting decreases this early? Is it likely that the deca is "winning the war" vs. the sustanon?

Any suggestions or advice?

what cycle # is this? and 8 wks is not enough. Sust should be keepin your libido up but id prb drop the deca if this is your first cycle and run the sust at least 10wks. You need to read up on PCT to.

This is my first cyle. Well...second if you count the d-bol only cycle that I did last summer. (Actually...4 weeks into that cycle, I was doing better than I am 4 weeks in now.....for whatever reason). The first time around...I was uneasy about injecting. (Kids, wife, etc....always home). I've found that it is a piece of cake.....but of course I didn't know that it was going to be.


I'm getting my "advice" from a.....well....he works with a few publicly "knowns". He said that 12 weeks is the max he ever advises. He is taking into account what my next cycle was going to be and where I wanted to be in October 21st of 2009. I think he worked backwards from the date I gave him, and decided to go with 8 weeks this time. What about the PCT? Do you see a hole?

yea add some nolva,, but you should really go read up on the PCT stickies and other ones up there to familiarize yourself with what your taking. Trust me youll learn more on here in a day than your adivsor knows.

In a knee-jerk reaction....I ordered some viagra -- online. It's obviously generic...and I hope it actually arrives.

Then tonight, I bought some horny goat weed & yohimbe. We'll see.

Anyway, I was thinking...could the 20 mg of Nolva I am taking DURING this cycle be causing issues? I understand that if a guy isn't producing enough ESTROGEN....that can cause a decrease in libido also. Could Nolva be the culprit, and possibly NOT the Deca?

Deca dick yes, nolva mabye also but it IS possible the sust is bad/fake???

I'm going to be doing Deca soon with my HRT, I may bump up the HRT to 500 week instead of 250 during cycle and I'm throwing in some provin for good measure for the libido.

reading this, the first thing that came to my mind - most likely your sust is fake...

from a dif source, maybe snatch up some propionate? it's quick acting, maybe switch over?

the injections EOD suck, but - i'd get it from a dif source... i bet you it's fake.

I doubt gear is fake. VERY reputable source with lots of ref. Plus...not a bargain.

So twist...you say you get "nolva" dick. Hmm. That's good news...lol...or at least it gives me some insight.


Today is inject day. I think I might stay on course....with both Sust and deca.
Hopefully the little blue pill that I ordered shows up. And hopefully it's not fake. NOW THAT....I don't know how good the source is/was. I threw a dart.

Also....is there any chance the deca "kicked in" before the sustanon?

I would keep going. 4 wks is early.

Could very well be a prolactin issue caused by the Deca. Caber or Prami are both very good at taking care of that.

Run Tamo along side with your cycle.Clomid and Tamo for PCT.I use HCG also.
Your cycle is too short,I suggest 12 weeks.As far as your libido,What ever.I prioritize my reactions to the gear.Libido will come back with proper PCT.My wife gets it and it's not a problem. What's more important, growing or libido?I'm running deca,test-e and d-bol, and everything works fine.Gear check?Good luck

Nolva is not suggested to be run with a 19nor such as deca. an AI is what you need.
