This one is longer than usual - 16 weeks. We're having a transformation contest over at OLM.
Susp or TNE is hands down better than Prop for quick gains in size and strength. I run Prop in cutters. Suspension is probably my all time favorite compound.
My cycle looked like this:
Week 1-5
Oil based TNE - 50mgs/ed
Inj Dbol - 50mgs/ed
Test E - 750mgs/wk
Deca - 400mgs/wk
Proviron - 50-75mgs/ed
Weeks 5-9
Test E - 900mgs/wk
Deca - 450mgs/wk
Proviron - 75mgs/ed
Week 9 - dropped Deca
Week 10 - dropped Test E and added Suspension (water based)
This is where I am now (week 11) and will continue for another week - Suspension - 75mgs on training days only
Weeks 12-16
Prop - 100mgs/eod
Masteron -100mgs/eod
NPP - 100mgs/eod
Var - 60mgs/ed
With testE taking a few weeks to really kick in im surprised you didnt start it while on Prop? Seems like you'd went couple weeks there with not so much test yeah?
I dont know much about suspension, but kind of interested. How much before workout do you take it? You can feel it yeah?
My plan was not to drop Test E or Deca when I did. Unfortunately I deviated from my HG philosophy and mixed in some UG gear from a lab I hadn’t used before but had a 'good rep'. The injection pain from this particular UG that shall remain nameless was so unbearable I had to drop both the Test E and Deca and go with something to bridge the gap. I went with Suspension and it ending up working out just fine. If you take 50-75mgs of Susp 1-1.5hrs before your workout you'll notice an incredible difference.
Morale of the story: Never go with UG gear when there is an HG equivalent. Don't be cheap and cut corners like I did when you know better.
Im a newb and the only thing i got acess to is UG...so im suckin it up and trying to deal with it lol
