    hey, eatrainrest thanks for replying bro...daily calories are 3600 + my intake

    calories are 620...so it's about 4220 calories

    ok i would chop it down to 500 or so calories to introduce every day. of course on your workout days you are not eating thsi correct? you should be eating at your flat BMR, not TDEE on workout days than add 500. also 2 scoops of creatine is a waste 4-5g is all you will need in any sitting, and take your PWO shake, carbs and protein and creatine in conjunction immediately after cardio
