    Body Fat % and AAS

I have read a couple places that with a BF% > 15% a person is more prone to side effects..?

I was thinking that a cycle would help reduce my bf%...I am 6-1 285 and have about 22-24%bf...I say that because @ 235-245 where I was two years ago I was pretty ****** and couldn't pinch an inch...so really rough guess.

    Thanks

    Terry

if your BF% is 22 to 24% I would reccomend a diet before aas, having a high BF% can actually make sides more pronounced. I would not reccomend gear until your BF is below 15%. Trust us.

If you read some posts you will see a few things . One is water retention , this can be stressful on heart . Hyper tension and blood pressure . At 285 right now and you increase your weight . Heart attack and stroke can happen at any age. I am no expert .

very true... the point is not to use aas to loose the majority of bf... un educated people want to use aas as a magic pill to get "buff" ... but, diet and a good work out routine are the soulution - and it takes time .... going on steroids at you bf and weight would not be a good out come

get some clen and rip down to 10 - 12 present then use what you have
