    Diet Help/Tips

    I have been reading up on the diet section. Which i feel with out a proper diet you are limiting yourself to your maximum potential, but i having problems with my diet. I cant eat it all!! I'm trying my best to time my meals, but i have a busy lifestyle with work and everything. And i am always completely full, even when i good to the gym, and i hate working out on a full stomach. Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated!

    Age: 23
    Height: 5'8
    Weight: "171 off season" "During season i cut to 155"
    Body fat: "10% off season" "During season 7%"



    My goal is to bulk up i would like to wrestle at my natural weight, but i need more strength. I'm really focusing on packing on weight.

    Kind of confused as to what exactly you are looking for bro.....You want to bulk? But wrestle at your natural weight? at 5'8 cutting to 155 seems extremely low.......... 171 at 5'8 is still rather light.

    Well next season i plan on not cutting weight for example now i weigh 171 will about 10% body fat and i would like to get my weight around 190, and i wrestle at that weight class and not cut at all. So basically i want to gain 20 pounds without raising my body fat past 12%.
