I have been reading up on the diet section. Which i feel with out a proper diet you are limiting yourself to your maximum potential, but i having problems with my diet. I cant eat it all!! I'm trying my best to time my meals, but i have a busy lifestyle with work and everything. And i am always completely full, even when i good to the gym, and i hate working out on a full stomach. Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated!

My goal is to bulk up i would like to wrestle at my natural weight, but i need more strength. I'm really focusing on packing on weight.
