Look, I'm taking your advises with care... but in my recently research I'm saw two types of argument to manipulate the drol:
1st: Take all before the training. Objective: Elevate the level of test. in workout; open the receptors for the after workout meal... Difficult to believe, but many builders do it.
2nd: Split the substance in three parts of the day (8 hrs) Objective: REspect 8 hrs half-life of the anadrol. OKAY SO FAR. Against: Maybe cause problems with the blood plasma... Noble argument... but hard to take.
