Cycle after Rotator Cuff Surgery , will it help

    Whats up guys,,

I been out for way to long.. 2 shoulder surgeries in last 2 years..... Doing better now and ready to get back on track.

So can a cycle help me heal faster and get back to normal.. I would still take it very easy in the gym,,, but could it have any negative impact.. I do have disolvable screws in my shouder pinning it together which will last about 18 months,

I just need to get back on track.. Working out was my life.. my out let,, and I need to get it back.... but dont want to hurt myself in the long run either.

Was thinking about just a very light cycle of test and deca, very low dose, just to give me enough motivation to get back on track and start at the very bottem.

    Any advice?

Stay away from AAS. Recover, get 4-6 months solid diet/training in, then think about cycling.

Not what I wanted to hear, but thanks for the information.... I was hoping that just a low dose would give me the motivation I need to get back in the gym.... But perhaps taking it slow and getting my body ready would be better.

Gives me some more time than as welll to do my research on all these new products popping up and get the real story before making a final decision...

Its very hard to tell whos telling the truth.. I belong to a few other boards and you can def tell they are trying to push certain supp, and make others look bad,, Very hard to find the truth on the other boards,

You guys have always been good to me over hear, so Thank you.... Now just have to sit back and be patient and see what I can really find out about these new brands.

    Regards,

I am giong to jaimaca in December,, HOpefully can start a small cycle by than...

You shouldnt NEED AS to motivate you after surgery, or need them to go to the gym.

WEll when you are not able to work out for almost a year and your body goes from good to shit,, some of us hard a hard time getting back into the routine.. I stil can not work out even if I wanted to.. I went one day before my docs app a few weeks ago and told the doctor that it felt pretty good, and the doctor said I was crazy and would tear my rotator cuff with even the lightest resistance,,,,..

I was not going to just juice up and start back day one... I planed on starting back for a month or so and then start a light cycle... But perhpas it came out different.....

    Thanks for the Help!

Maybe think about HGH... It will help with the healing and muscle growth.

Swifto is telling you this for your benefit as well as safety. AAS will help with muscle growth but joints and tendons will not come along so its best to get use to heavy training naturally before you experience any rapid increase in strength that could possible make things a lot worse for you and thus could lead to more set backs.

A month or so definitely would not cut it. Try to at least get your body back to a respectable strength and weight level before venturing into these drugs ESPECIALLY after a surgery such as yours.

Actually read some of the post in the Injury Rehab section and you will find a lot of people have used Test/Deca for recovery due to shoulder surgery. IF you are not already in pretty good shape then you could have some negative sides like gaining more fat/water. make sure your diet is in check, you are at a good weight and have a good exercise routine and I think it will help. You can also just do a low dose of Deca for therapeutic only. Read up on it a lot of people have good results.

i think the best recommendation would be GH or the cjc1295/ghrp6 peptides if you want to start something immediate IMO.

You'll get there my friend just get the fire lit under your ass and get going!!!
