Epistane the prohormone? and do you mean Halodrol when you say Hdrol?
Are you expecting someone to say...
You will gain exactly 18.425 lbs...
Firstly that is not a very good cycle, secondly it's very mild, and thirdly you didn't even say your dose or length, or PCT, or goals, or diet, or training etc etc etc...
Please be realistic when asking such a vague question, and at least give us some more info.
Epistane(Havoc) is not a prohormone, its a Methylated version of the Steroid Epitiostanol. If your diet is in check you should gain 10-12 solid dry muscle off a month epistane cycle. Its less harsh on lipid values then Hdrol. Also its a steroidal AI. A month of Nolvadex is enough for PCT. Also I wouldn't do both of them at the same time. Pick one or the other.

H-drol..........50, 50, 50, 50
Nolva...........40, 20, 20, 20
Milk thistle.....700mg, 700mg 700mg, 700mg
With liv 52 during the on cycle

I would say there is not set number for anyone. it all depends on the body. I would say it could be anywhere from 5-20#!

and your epistane cycle is too long, 20, 30, 30, 30. mabey an extra week 30
also running both at the same time would be harsh on your liver. You should gain close to 20 lbs off a cycle like that, and keep your gains. Thats why I wouldn't do both at the same time. If you want that type of bulk go and do a regular injecjtable test cycle. I would think it would be safer.

i replied to you last night. ive used epi before. 20 30 30 40. i had good gains but ate about 350 grams protien a day and was on a powerlifting schedule, 5 sets 3 for warm up 2 real work sets with weight heavy enough that you wont hit 6 or more reps, i went from 215 to 226 after 4 weeks and started with bench at 315 for 8 and at the end i was at 315 for 14. squat was 405 for 9 and at the end it was 405 for 18. i would honestly get a bottle of taurine if i were you though and supplement it for 5grams a day or your workouts will suffer from low back pumps and if your doing cardio have fun making it past 5 minutes cause your calves will light up also.
also all my diet consisted of was chicken egg whites fish fibrous greens and oats. sh**t ton of them too.
