I find that to be accurate in my dealings of Hispanic women but arent all women crazy?? lol

The origin of the word was started in Kentucky I believe. I watched a documentary on this a while ago. Some people enjoy the Tag. Others of course do not.

As I said, It was the History channel and it was a while ago. I just know the term was originated by the Kentucky people from the Mountains. They were heavy bootlegers or somthing.
