17" biceps
50" chest
11% body fat
pressing 350lbs
i want to be:
6'2
230lbs
19" - 20" biceps
49" chest
5% - 8% body fat
pressing 400 - 425lbs
i also want to turn my 4 pac into a chizzled 6pac. btw, i'm 18 years old - dunno if that matters or not. just thought i'd share.
