    Female fitness forum

    Do any of you guys know of a good forum board for females?

    My girlfriend has watched me gain so much knowledge from this board and I know most of the info here is man based info and results.

    Anything like this board out there for women? Everything i've come across is very inactive.

    There's a female only section on this board and the women that do venture out of it are very informed and are willing to help men and women

    She will have to sign up and I think you have to speak with Admin about it... I try and sneak in sometimes to catch a peak but the door is always locked

    I was looking into it, but it seems there's so many perverts trying to get into it so they can creep-ball it up it'll be hard to gain her access since i'm a male member.

    Any other boards that anyones wife/girlfriends use for diet and exercise advice?

    Honestly this board really doesn't offer much for females. Bodybuilding.com has a lot of information on it and now that Probodybuilding.com is up and running they have had a lot of great information from females on there I have been spending a lot of time over there lately.

    It's pretty slow over there but if she gets an account I'm sure I can assist with pointing her in the right direction.

    there's no pervs over there...as far as i know right now, no men have access to it, at least I haven't seen any there.

    There is a great female forum over at MD. Geared more towards the competitive females.
