Hammer curls are pointless? Pfft idiot If you do incline hammer curls it works the brachialis anticus (i believe) a muscle between the bicep and tricep and it can give you up to an inch on your arm. I member reading an article on it on bb.com a couple years ago.
All my buddies see me do it and think "oh thats easy" and grab the same weight as me and do like 5 reps and say "holy shit this is hard".
EDIT: I did not read the part that said "They may work great for other people, but are worthless to you". Nonetheless, I stand by statement![]()
