arimidex is too high .25 EOD or .25 ED at most

test e takes two weeks to clear and deca almost three so your post cycle start times are off as well.

for the diet i would advise you to actually figure out macros as well as your BMR and TDEE

I thought it was two weeks longer? Or is this incorrect can i get away with 1 week like you suggest i dont want deca dick or anything.
