Why is IGF not used as commonly as AAS

This is pretty confusing
Some people say this stuff works, others dont, some are showing "great results" and others arent.
I'd using Hardcore Growth's stuff (i think i can post that name)
anyone use that, so maybe i can get a more specific idea?

BTW I've used HCG's stuff. Great GDA. That's it.
