    Looking for good cutting cycle ideas

    I am wondering what you guys would suggest for cutting and hardening the muscle.

    Currently I am 195lbs with a pretty solid diet plan and about 10 percent body fat. Would really like to get it down to around 5 or 6 percent.

    Why are you suggesting Tren to him when we do not have any stats? Not intelligent.

    Here are a few stats: 25 years old, 6 feet tall, 195 lbs. I have been training seriously - 6 days a week - for the past three years but have been an avid gym rat for the past 10.

    My diet consists of:

    Morning - 40 mg Protein ( I will have a shake and egg combo)
    half a cup of oatmeal
    Peanut butter on 2 slices of whole grain bread

    Mid Morning - 1 Apple
    20 grams of protein ( chicken or turkey)

    Noon - 40 grams of Protein ( chicken or turkey)
    1 large baked potato
    Some baby carrots
    half cup of brown rice

    ONE HOUR WORKOUT SESSION

    Post Workout - 40 grams protein shake
    2 slices of white toast

    Dinner - Chicken or Steak
    Mix of Veggies, depending on what I am feeling like

    I think thats about all.

    I just finished a 8 week cycle of Anavar at 40mg a day. Loved the results that I got from it and would really like to do another cycle at 60mg a day but Var is just too expensive.

    You do realize that a 5% body fat is where bodybuilders are around contest time. It's very hard to get there and dangerous to stay around that. If you really are at 10% then be contempt with 8-9%. That's some crazy definition and you dont need steroids for that. Your diet isn't bad, just some minor improvements and cardio will get you there.

    I realize that what I'm trying to do isnt super healthy but I really want to see what it takes to get down to 5 percent body fat, even if only for a day. It is more getting there that I am interested in, not so much maintaining that size.

    6' 195 you need to eat more. If for some reason you want to cut more then diet and cardio is all, no need for chemicals. You will just be doing more damage to your body by starving it and using AAS. Why not add some lean musle to make you look better instead of skinnier??

    My diet is something that I do need to refine and I will do so. I am afraid of over development I guess. My body responds very well to weight training and although I am only 195lbs I do look larger. Most people think I am 210lbs when I ask them how much I weigh. But I would consider adding more muscle if I knew that I wouldnt blow up to 240 or something crazy like that.
