    jamy im interested, do u keep fruits out of your diet? and if so why?, i enjoy eating fruits as like a desert. i thought fruits are ok as its just nat sugar

    Do a search on "fructose" in this forum and you will be able to read for days on the thoughts and opinions of said sugar.

    done...i never knew nat sugar from fruits would interfere with building muscle, thanks for putting me on the straight guys

    As for fruits I only use berries,they are good.With that I use a mixed fruit extract powder/drink.....With that combo my fruits spectrum is fulfilled.

    there are alotta fruits out there you can eat.. you just have to look at the GI vs. GL levels... i just try to keep things complex.. works for me...

    fructose is a very simple carb... find a philosophy and follow it.. that's what dieting is about.. what works for me..
