    Question Which is SAFER and Has Less Sides??

    Ephedrine in an ECA stack .. 50mgs/200mgs/81mgs

    or

    Clenbuterol ramped up to 100mcgs...??


    Looking for a little bit of added fat loss, from what I think I know, the ECA stack has a lot less sides.. not so much of that racing heart feeling, not any HEART issues...

    But is it as effective as Clen for superior fat loss??

    Plus I do not want to deal with a lot of muscle loss so my diet will still consist of a bulking atmosphere..

    Technically ...

    This is what I will be running,

    200mgs of Test Cyp Per week.
    300mgs of Tren Enanthate per week
    25-50mcgs of T3 per day
    50mgs of Proviron Per day
    and either
    ECA Stack
    or
    Clen...


    Diet will be 4220cals... 3720 is my Maint. Cals, and add the extra 500 adds the muscle I need... but the purpose is to add MUSCLE while BURNING and INCINERATING FAT !!! So NO I am not cutting, just looking to drop a LITTLE bit more FAT before I hit the time to cut for the COMP.. I am currently 222.5lbs. 14.5%BF.. would like to be at 12%BF while I BULK and then when the time comes in March to REALLY CUT DOWN that's when I will be adjusting the DIET accordingly...




    Is an ECA Stack or CLEN even necessary on this cycle ?!?! I think it is, but maybe someone has a different opinion...



    Oh and I will be on 2iu's per day of HGH and RAMPING up to 4iu's per day ... Starting HGH protocol in 2 weeks... (FIRST TIME WITH IT, It is officially PRESCRIBED!!)

    Its hard to say which one will be better for you when you havent used any, guess the only way to find out is to try them both and record the results. Looking at your stack i dont think you need either to be honest, using to many compounds isnt the right way forward in my eyes when dieting, its more of using or adding compounds when you have hit a sticking point, personally id save clen for PCT and just go with the t3 for the moment.

    To answer your question..... i'd go with what marcus said. Stick with the T3 for now and leave the ECA/Clen for PCT.

    Question for yah..... I know you're seasoned and have run some pretty high dosed cycles..... why such low doses of test and tren? Not that I think it's a bad thing..... just curious.

    x2.... a mild dose of T3 (IE) 50mcg ED throughout the cycle should get you decently cut up.

    Then utilize clen for it's anti-catabolic nature during PCT (if even necessary).

    ECA... or CLA should be run during cycle

    Well, It's not meant to be intense cycle..

    Test... Like a Trt Level, just to keep Mr.Happy... well Happy...

    Tren.. Relatively LOW dose to just basically achieve the desired result with said compound..

    T3.. Because the research I have done has pointed me in the direction that it is better to include this during a cycle that includes the compound TREN.. hence why I only wanna utilize the lowest POSSIBLE dosage.. 25mcgs daily...

    Proviron.. Just because I love it's Sexual Benny's and the fact it keeps water retention to a minimum, without the needed aid of an AI.. plus, it acts like a mild steroid... although it isn't one.

    HGH... because it is prescribed and WHY NOT !? Haha


    So in essence, I didn't think it was an unreasonable stack for my 9th cycle. I didn't wanna go buck wild on Compound strengths and whatnot... but as I stated, I just was wondering, if I keep my diet the way I have planned if, it will allow me to drop Bodyfat percentage allowing me an easier cutting procedure in preparing for My Competition at the End of May.

    Am I wrong in any of this information??

    Same answer as before, you dont need either of them in that cycle, use clen in pct and adjust cardio and diet as and when you hit sticking points, you dont need alot of compounds to cut.

    ECA always gave me crazy boogers and a runny nose, but i was running a high dose...

    They say to use T3 with Tren because people use Tren when cutting for its fat burning effects. I don't really see a reason to use it when you are bulking unless you are running 25mcg to increase protein synthesis. Also, Clen on a bulking cycle is useless and completely takes away the point of bulking. Think about it, you are heating up your body to burn off the extra calories that you are also trying to use to feed your muscles. In a bulking cycle, Clen is best used during PCT so you are able to eat excess calories to maintain your weight, while keeping the fat off.
