To me, there really isn't a need to pin IGF twice a day. Pin 50mcg directly into the worked muscles immediately PWO. I pin three times per week or every 3rd day. It's a good balance between muscle growth and reducing gut growth to a minimum. Many people pin upto 100mcg everyday for a month and take a month off. Yes, your muscles will grow but so will your gut. I prefer the more conservative method. It takes longer but I think it is safer.
