do you use a whey shake and eat lots of protein? then there's really no need for additional glutamine supplementation
maybe no need for you. It depends on your goal.. In cutting i think additional glutamin intake can be very effective to prevent catabolism.
i heard mixed views some people swear by it for muscle mass gains
is good if your cutting and like doing cardio on an empty stomach...but for mass i would say eat a shit load of protein and good clean carbs and u will get mass ...as a supplement for gaining mass if u dont mind spending the money on it there is nothing wrong with adding it to your program...At the same time if ur eating well u prob dont really need it....i mean it wouldnt hurt but u def dont really need it
