    Overtaining???

    Hey guys my current schedule looks like this :

    M Chest Back
    T Legs
    W Core
    T Chest Back
    F Legs/arms

    I do cardio pretty much everday as i enjoy morning walks, and im a full time uni student, so i get alot of sleep, sometimes 2 sleeps a day lol, , my trainer keeps telling me im overtaining, but im feeling fine, probs being on test/dbol/tren has an effect, my rest days are the weekend cause i work in nightclubs and ****s my sleepin pattern, what do u guys think?

    I've never understood this Chest/Back in one day wow. I just did back and no way in hell could I do chest now. It does look alittle to much and ive trained with some of the best in bodybuilding and they all laugh at this routine.

    i feel ya on working weekends at the night club.... im in the same boat! hate it and love it... pays well !

    well ive done every workout out there and it seems to work best for me, lol usually i neglect arms and just do chest/back and legs/shhoulders, but yeah changing it up a lil bit... working in nightclubs sucks sometimes for training and eating but otherwise its all good.. back on topic lol that doesnt seem like overtraining does it?
