My uneducated guess ...
Lower calories ingested than expended ... No simple sugars unless u are feeling really crappy ... Lowest amount of tryclicerides ... If possible take them out as much as u can ... And base ur fat intake in whatever ur salmon efa pills and other foods have...
carbs keep them to a minimum ... Complex carbs ...
Preferably none after training to maximize afterburn
training on empty stomach
and cardio lots of it
Are we talking about weight loss or fat loss?
so would that put my protein intake around 60% of my daily diet? and carbs around 25% and fat 25%?
losing fat weight
I usually don't do percentages but I would say yes around that number ...let me get home. I'll be back in 15 with an answer
ok great, thanks![]()
I like protein at 50-60% and fat at 20-30%, carbs (only complex) can make up the difference.
thanks Twist.
usually my fat intake is higher than my carb intake.
i personally think it works a lot better, actually it works the best for me.
complex carbs pre and pwo after resistance training.
if no resistance training pro/fat meals through out the whole day.
awesome fat loss.
ok thank you![]()

I like 50%pro 30%fat and 20% of carbs with weekly clean refeed days.
