Please help!!
I just began my first cycle of test. I have been told two different ways to do the cycle. One was to pyramid it taking 1cc then 2,3,4,3,2,1.every week
The other was to take 2cc every 5 days then ween off in the end, stretching off the cycle.
I weigh about 200, 5'10". I have a little belly My goal is to gain as little water weight as possible. Also, considering I am trying to lose my gut, how should I diet. I was thinking Atkins would help with muscle gain as well as some fat loss.
