I think its a wise move to drop the deca and stick with a just Test only, deca can be hard to recover from and your better of seeing if you recover from test fine before you throw deca in the mix,,,, you can add a touch of dbol to kickstart the cycle if you like but i'd personally advice you to stick with one compound, your diet is the most important thing you can change because the diet you have is rubbish, you need to change it and stick with thatd iet for a few weeks before cycling, let your body adjust and improve then attack the cycle. PCT go for nolva 40/20/20/20 clomid 100/50/50/50 thats should be fine.
would b if you want ideal, shoot sust x2 a week, 3 days apart, so for instance, 250 on mon and 250 on thurs, take the dbol, wat ppl mean by just using test on its own is to see how you react, if you use mre than one compound 1st time out you wont knw wer any potiental sides are coming from. 1st cycle, sust. 2nd cycle, sust +dbol, 3rd sust, deca and dbol. get my drift?
IMO starting your first cycle at same time with diet is a big mistake.
Kcal count is nice on chart, but in reality everyone is different and maybe you will discover that your new diet will add you fat or (most problably) won't add weight. and it's important to know this before and without AAS on body cause after you end your cycle (let's say it worked good), diet is the only thing you will have (provided training routine is ok) to keep the results (or part of the results).
if you don't "test" your diet first and without AAS, you will end up losing all what you gained while trying to fix it during PCT.
So an advice:
1) find a diet that you can keep for the whole year (and not just for the duration of the cycle)
2) try it without AAS and see how much weight you gain with that...then tune it. don't start AAS as long as you haven't found a diet which makes you gain 2-3 kg/month (without adding fat) otheriwse, 4 months from end of your cycle, you will be as now regardless of what you achieved on cycle
3) if it's your first cycle, i believe your gear is an overkill. you are light (67kg is really a few) and you have fresh receptors. Hell, just 30mg dbol will boost you big time (if diet is good). Personally i would just go dbol (20mg, eventually increasing it if you don't see results but you will see many results) + some test (300mg/week for long ester). you will gain a lot if you train and eat right.
