    im new to this forum
    ok so heres the deal im 26 im 6'1 and i used to weight 121 till last month now im 131 but my goal is 150 so i ordered anabol dianabol from and i just got it today so i took 2 pills before workout it was amazing my workout was way more insane then before but i heard its not good to take it alone but idk what else to take with it plz help also i rather take tablets

    Mate, u need to leave that sh*t alone, U need to EAT EAT AND EAT, forcefeed yourself, keep the Dianabol's until u older and wizer, u dont want to get Gyno? .. Do u want to be injecting yourself Every week for the rest of your life? Ur body will produce enuff Testosterone very soon and ull benefit alot from that, so be clever and get a protein shake and eat...4 get about using that rubbish

    Don't take anything! You're too young, and it can have lasting negative effects on someone of your age who is still developing. Very bad things...

    Get a good diet and workout plan in order and you will see results! You have a lot of natural testosterone in your body at that age. Don't risk shutting it down!

    Keep the faith. I was about your size once. Now nobody calls me skinny (except for the monsters here lol).

    Also, you need to me 18 to be a member on this board. You will be suspended shortly. Sorry, I don't make the rules. There's a sister site, probodybuilding.com , that you can check out for some helpful tips and such.

    mate stay away u need to grow in every way man or kid. not trying to put u down but hell just lift and eat and f**k all ya can heaps of time for this.just enjoy ya self at this stage of life.

    Doesnt matter, at 6"1 u can atleast get to 210lb's natural. Forget about Dianabol

    as i said im 6,1 and im 130
    ive been working out for 2 years straight 4 days a week for 1 to 2 hours
    my goal is to be at least 150 to 160 in 2 or 3 months
    ive been taking true mass i thought that would help but it dint then i got amino acid and that didnt help either so now i want to try a cycle


    i eat really bad

    so here it is

    7:00 1 cup of apple juice
    10:30 2 big donuts
    1:00 i usually go to work and theres a del taco right there so i eat tacos and stuff like that
    3:00 i have coffe with sneakers
    5:00 some food at home
    around 8 is when i work out so after my workout i take the truemass
    then before sleep i have soup sometimes hot pocket

    i know i have a reallly bad died so i need help on that also

    well heres your problem. if you eat as little as a refugee camp victim. then youre gonna look like one.

    if you start eating enough to sustain 150lbs, then i garuntee you will get to 150lbs in no time. your poor body is starving, so feed it. how do you expect to put on muscle, if you dont eat enough calories to sustain it?? you cant make something out of nothing. if you dont understand basic metabolic rate, then i would bet my left testicle you changed your age, just to keep your membership. this is basic highschool science we are talking about here.

    so get rid of the D-bol, and start eating. you should have no problems getting to even 180lbs, if you would just eat.

    dammit man, 6'1 130lbs, u are killing urself man. DON NOT TAKE ANYTHING BUT FOOD, FOOD, AND MORE FOOD...
    u have to be one bone showing guy...start eating little bro, and u will be amazed.

    u have to work to get what u want, u just cant take steroids and expect them to work with how u live..
    eat for the next 10 years, then maybe, and its a stretch but maybe consider steroids then...

    Its your diet your 6'1 and 130lbs thats terrible,leave the dianabol alone go to the diet forum and sort out your diet,they dont say"you are what you eat"for knothing this is a prime example

    unless im missing something this is a troll. If your really 6'1" 26 yrs old and 131lbs,, go to the doctor, something is wrong. Prescription AAS was invented medically for people with hormonal/endo problems
