Ive been body building naturally for four years and bee getting a lot of useful info from this forum so i finally decided to join. By working hard over those four years i went from 164lbs to 230-235lbs (off season). Iam 21 and my current weight is 230lbs im 6'4. I am thinking of doing a cycle for the first time, I would appreciate if you guys can give me some advice on what cycle can help me put on more muscle mass. I will try to post a pic in a few days to give u guys an idea....thanks
